Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Service Delivery

We strive to provide high-quality animal care services. However, all services are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. The effectiveness of our services may vary depending on individual circumstances, animal temperament, and owner compliance with recommendations.

Health and Safety Requirements
