This consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your situation and for you to meet our team and see our facility. There's no obligation to proceed after the consultation.
Before your first visit
We recommend bringing any relevant documentation about your animal's history, including:

We're located in Crows Nest, easily accessible from North Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
By public transport
Crows Nest is serviced by multiple bus routes from North Sydney Station and the CBD. The 100, 202, and 203 routes stop within walking distance of our facility.
By car
Limited street parking is available on Willoughby Road and surrounding streets. Paid parking is available at the Crows Nest Centre car park on Clarke Street, approximately 5 minutes' walk from our location.

Do you offer emergency services?
We are not an emergency veterinary facility. For urgent medical concerns, please contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital. We provide behavioral, grooming, and wellness services by appointment only.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes. We're happy to arrange a brief facility tour during business hours. Email us to schedule a time that works for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a partial fee.
Do you work with all types of animals?
Our primary focus is dogs and cats, though we occasionally work with other companion animals depending on the service needed. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
